DuKe Condos (The Junction)

Dundas and Keele Mid-Rise Condominium - Quadrangle Architects

The DUKE is a 7 storey condominium in the heart of Toronto's Junction neighbourhood, adding a diverse mix of apartments, live/work units and retail to a vibrant and growing community. DUKE Condos takes an innovative approach to engaging passersby at grade, retail facing the main streets engages the public, while a laneway of live/work units draw pedestrians to diverse and unique businesses. The ground floor retail space is double height, with a recessed mezzanine level that accentuates the pedestrian edge.
