The Kip District: Phase 2

Located in a bustling neighbourhood in Etobicoke, the KIP District is the second residential condominium tower to rise on the property located at Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West.  With the growing population demands, the two towers in the second phase of the master planned complex will provide much needed density to the area. With an articulated facade, the design of the building both identifies its address, as well as provides it with wind mitigation strategies for its tall structural presence. Ground level retail units are further identified by generous canopies which complement the podium detailing and fenestration.
