M-Power Building (Reflex Medical Centre)
Multi Tenant Medical Office Building - B+H Architects
A new home for the Reflex Medical Centre, the project design was to accommodate 3 levels of open office configurations for multiple tenants. The ground level circulation moves from a corner entrance atrium followed by retail and a restaurant. The roof level penthouse has a roof access to an outdoor terrace for tenants below. The main street facing facade is developed as a hatch-tooth pattern in plan, segmenting the glazing to give it proportion, rhythm, and orientation towards the urban intersection.
