The TMX Market Centre is the premier destination for Canada's financial market coverage, as a facility designed for both market client as well as journalists. The mix of functionality of the multi-use event space allows the current broadcast operations to be located next to the new TMX headquarters at 100 Adelaide. With the Market Centre developed as an infill location between 100 Adelaide and 120 Adelaide in the Richmond Adelaide Centre (RAC), the new broadcast media and client centre has transformed a former restaurant into a world class event space. A new digital display will become the hallmark of the main street elevation, which will act as a beacon to market activity in the hear of Toronto's financial district. Indoors, connected conference spaces are able to expand expand capacity for up to 320 guests, all of which can be identified by colour LED illuminated ceiling alcoves. The building also adds a new overhang into the plaza, which allows for coverage for pedestrian circulation between the two office towers framing the TMX media and market centre.
